We believe in the importance of maintaining strong relationships with our customers. It’s equally essential for us to be hands-on with the work, staying involved from the quoting process through to project completion dealing with the same individual throughout. We hold all the necessary certifications to design, install and sign off the necessary works. We have direct connections with manufacturers and individual registrations, which allow us to communicate directly with governing bodies such as Gas Safe, OFTEC, the F-Gas Register and technical departments in case any appliance queries. Max Welland, Co-Owner, Head of Domestic and Renewables.
Max brings years of expertise in domestic plumbing and heating installations, with a strong focus on enhancing homes for the better. Whether it’s designing and installing bathrooms, upgrading to new boilers, or managing full mechanical installations in new build dwellings, Max has the skills to deliver exceptional results. Specialising in Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems and Heat Pumps, he offers end-to-end services, from design and installation to commissioning and hand over of the job, providing energy-efficient solutions for residential properties.
Simon Marsh, Co-Owner, Head of Commercial
Simon brings extensive experience in the North Devon commercial heating industry. Over the course of his career, he has managed heating and plumbing projects for a diverse range of clients, including numerous schools, tourist attractions and the largest hotel chain in North Devon. Simon began his journey specialising in both domestic and commercial oil-fired boilers before expanding into commercial gas and commercial heating systems. He also provides expert advice on legionella risk assessments and remedial actions for commercial clients. Simon holds his F-Gas qualification, enabling us to offer heating and cooling solutions from air conditioning units for both domestic and commercial properties.
